Who We Are

Charewicz Investments is a private investment and operating vehicle built on a decade of experience scaling circular economy and consumer brands across hospitality, events, and sport. Our team's track record spans senior leadership roles at TURN (acquired by Vytal) and Nexba, delivering reusable packaging and better-for-you beverage solutions for global partners including Live Nation, Red Bull, and major sporting and entertainment venues. Today, Charewicz Investments active portfolio includes Revibes, Australia and New Zealand's leading reusable cup and circular logistics platform for festivals, stadiums, and hospitality venues, and Remerch, a custom branded drink ware and merchandise business. Across every venture, Charewicz backs founders and operators building practical, scalable alternatives to single-use consumption — combining commercial rigour with a genuine commitment to sustainability outcomes.

Jack Charewicz is the chairman of Charewicz Investments and founder and director of Revibes, a leading reusable cup and circular logistics provider for festivals, stadiums, and hospitality venues across Australia and New Zealand, working with partners including Red Bull, Diageo, Brown-Forman, Tennis Australia, and Melbourne Park. He also leads Remerch, a custom branded drink ware and merchandise business. Jack's background in the circular economy dates back to his role as APAC Director at TURN (acquired by Vytal, 2024), where he worked with global partners including Live Nation and Ashton Kutcher's Sound Ventures. Earlier in his career, he held operations leadership roles in Renewable Energy and in the Hospitality sector.
